3.Switchboard System
     The switchboard is of self contain floor mounted modulea connection.
The feature KNOCK DOWN construction consist of different moduled.
The system can be delivered in kit from ready for assembly, thes minimizing
handling and accessibility problems.
4.Structure and Components of Switchboard
     Our Switchboards are constructed of cold rolled sheet steel,with 2.0 mm.
finished with epoxy power painted for protection against corrosion.
5.Strctural frame

Material	2.0 mm. thick cold roll rolled sheet steel
Surface	Zinc phosphate pretreatment and painted with epoxy power paint.
Joint	Welded at all joints for building up the strenght.
Hole	Entre frames and crossbars for different size of door.
Colour	Greenish gray and Gray.

6.Panels and Doors

Material	2.0 mm think cold rolled sheet steel.
Surface	Zinc phosphate pretreatment and painted with epoxy power paint.
Colour	Greenish gray and Gay.

7.Standard dimensions

Height 1900, 2100 and 2300 mm.

Width 600, 800 and 1000 mm.

Height 400, 700, 800 and 900 mm.

8.Base components

8.Degree of protection
The Switchboard meet protective Standard IP21 and IP31
for indoor type and IP55 for outdoor type according to IEC
standard 144/529
